From sunrise till sunset, please join us for yoga & creativity practices at Canaan Valley Resort & Conference Center. The classes and workshops will be offered at Willow Elm Room at the Main Lodge. Bring yoga mat and a bottle of water.

8:30am -10:30am Power Heart Opening Vinyasa

1pm - 3pm Creative Practice: Writing from the Inside Out

5pm -7 pm Restorative yoga practice w/ live music
